OMG!!! This chicken was FANTASTIC! It was so different than what I've cooked before. Love, love, loved it. My fiance rated this an 11 on a scale of 1-10. So, looks like I am keeping my man! Thanks Neelys, I absolutely love your meals. I have tried a few before but had to comment on this one in particular. (They are ALL good!~~~ Keep on cooking and teaching me to be one great cook! :-

This was really really good but i found that i like it better with boneless chicken. Stick with plain pasta not wheat but it was sooo good.

Tonight, I got my man chicken! It was VERY good! I did wing it a bit (chicken pun. I used chicken breast (bone in, skin off, and 1/2 diced onion, as well as a diced shallot. A minute or so later, added a finely chopped garlic clove. Chicken is cooked to perfection (about 45min. At the end, I topped with a bit of fresh basil, rather than parsley. I made garlic rice, which complimented the chicken perfectly (we love garlic!. Using instant rice, I heated about 1 tbl. of butter in a small sauce pan. Once it bubbles and sizzles, add one large chopped garlic clove. Stir constantly for a few minutes. Add 1 C. chicken stock, and 1 C. instant rice. Cook as usual. My man is happy, doing the dishes, and will be giving me a back massage when he's done. One of my new recipes!
