My husband loves chicken and I am always looking for new chicken recipes. This one was a hit! My son and husband liked it so I will definitely make it again. The only thing I might do a little different, just because I love it, is add a little garlic.
But it was really good and easy.

Good recipe, but she did not "invent" it - it's original is Chicken Cacciatore - she just uses different herbs and white wine as opposed to red wine. But the recipe was very good.
