OMG Ms. Gina! I really enjoyed making this recipe as much as I enjoyed eating it. I normally don't like chicken simmered in tomato based sauces, but this sauce was exceptional. Just like you said in your cookbook, the aromas from this recipe had the whole house smelling good and everybody was ready to eat dinner. Keep the chicken recipes coming.....ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!

This was wonderful!!!! My husband couldn't eat it fast enough!!! I didn't have lemon pepper so I used Tony's Cachere's (I'm from Louisiana instead... tasted fantastic!

I have made this several times and got my man every time! Son, Grandson, neighbor,etc..Tender, juicy and delicious. Cannot believe that anyone would not love this dish. The only changes i made were to increase the recipe and i did add garlic which i highly recommend. Keep up the good work Gina.

There was plenty of flavor in the sauce, but the sauce was so watery that it didn't marinate into the chicken at all. I will try this again, but I think I'll try adding a little bit of tomato paste to thicken it up.

To be totally honest I thought this was absolutley awful! From the flavors of the wine to the sauce etc.. It was exicuted in exact and proper instructions I wasted my time and money and very dissipointed I love the neelys and have tried most of there recipes and have had no complaints but im very dissiapointed in this dish i could have mad my own home made chick parm and been very satisfied the dish taste ghetto as the name "Yo" No! Big dissapoitment! Oh yea and I cooked it for my man and he pretended to like it.. I left the kitchen in tears from my time money and effort!

I have wanted to make this recipe since the show aired, and I took advantage of a rare "ice" day in Houston to finally make it. Oh yeah, it is really good!!! Yummy!! I used 10 boneless, skinless thighs and increased the broth to about 1-1/4 cups. My husband hates rosemary so I used Italian seasoning instead. I didn't have the same type of tomatoes so I pureed a can of diced tomatoes. This is so good - I will make this at least 1-2 times a month! Thank you Pat and Gina! By the way, when it warms up some you gotta make the grilled corn with the mayo sauce and feta. Sounds weird but it's awesome! Everyone always wants to know what the magic stuff is!
