    This is a good recipe.. I like the greens just wilted this way rather than boiled down to mush, as many recipes call for. The red pepper gives it just the right kick! Thank you!

    We loved this recipe! I did not have any collards ready to harvest in our garden but we had mustard greens and they worked beautifully! Thanks Gina!
