These were a hit at thanksgiving. If your looking for a sweet potato recipe, this is the one! I cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and tripled the recipe since we had so many guests... Yum... don't take them out of the oven too soon, they caramelize the more they bake!

I saw the recipe on TV and decided to make for dinner. Then I realized it needed 45 min. in the oven and that would be too long. So I put in microwave for about 5 min. then covered with glaze, then foil and baked for 20 min.
Was very good and a good way to speed it up.

I am 30 years old and made my first Thanksgiving meal this year. I'm usually not a fan of sweet potatoes but my boyfriend insisted we have them. This recipe was super easy and turned out great! I cut the sweet potatoes, made the glaze a head of time, then put in the fridge and let them sit there until it was time to cook them. I will be making them again!

This was so easy to make and a big hit with my family at Thanksgiving. I even prepared it ahead of time and transported it to bake in my cousin's oven, and it worked well. A keeper.

This year I couldn't get my regular candied sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving so I decided to try this recipe. I know you are never suppose to experiment on a special occasion but this was a bet that really paid off! These sweet potatoes are delicious and even my picky eaters loved them. This was the start of a new family tradition. If you try this recipe you won't be dissapointed!!

I used this recipe for the first time this past Thanksgiving, and my husband LOVED it! He doesn't EVER eat sweet potatoes, but that night he had almost all of it to himself! Making it again tonight :
