I followed this recipe and it was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. It tasted delicious and was easy to prepare. Thanks for this recipe, it will certainly be on our table for years to come.

I realized last minute that I didn't have maple syrup, so I used pancake syrup and it worked great! Also, I left out the nutmeg and sprinkled the potatoes with kosher salt and black pepper before putting them in the oven. If you don't want to dirty a saucepan, you can do the glaze in the microwave.

WOW! I seen this recipe on the "It's a Neely Thanksgiving" episode. My entire family raved over these. I will keep this for our family tradition going forward. I doubled this recipe and still had no leftovers. Big hit!!!

I made these for Thanksgiving yesterday, and they were a huge hit. I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes, and I even liked them!

I am a semi-experienced Thanksgiving cook; therefore, I have recipes and measuring cups ready. The glazed sweet potatoes were a hit. I did make one change to the recipe. I substituted honey for the maple syrup for the glaze.
