I made this 2008 Thanksgiving and it will be part of my families Holidays going forward. Very easy but very good.

These sweet potatoes are amazing. I have made this recipe with both sweet potatoes and yams, and either way they come out great!! It is so very simple, yet the perfect side dish. My husband and step-daughter absolutely loved them...a household favorite to be made again for sure!!

Topped these with bacon I had brushed with maple syrup and brown sugar and baked on a wire rack; then crumbled on top of sweet potatoes before serving. The kids consider it a desert rather than a side dish. Delicious!

These people can make a total mess of even the easy stuff. Heart Attack Special should be the name of their show. They can fry, fry, fry anything.

I made this for Thanksgiving last year. I LOVE cloves and cinnamon so I added those instead of the nutmeg. Absolutely delicious. I'll definitely make this a Thanksgiving staple from now on!

We love this recipe and make it often, especially in the fall. We like to add sweetened dried cranberries too.

I found this recipe while I was looking for something different to do with the sweet potatoes using staple ingredients. I didn't have nutmeg so I sprinkled a little cinnamon. It tastes fantastic, which says a lot because I usually do not care to eat sweet potatoes. Very easy to make.

Who would have know such a simple recipe would be so good. I've used this recipe a couple times and each time it has been a home run. Thanks so much! Love your show, keep up the good work.
