I just love this show so when I saw this recipe i made it a point to try it because it looked so easy. I did it and my husband just loved it. This recipe is a keeper. The Neely's Show is the best thing out.

These sweet potatoes are great....and as mentioned inother reviews, they only improve with age. I have served them several time since I saw this recipe right before Thanksgiving. I have always hated making sweet potatoes for holiday meals, even though they are a must have dish. The fact that you don't have to boil or bake these sweet potatoes prior to the glazing, make this recipe a real winner in my book. I can't ever imagine make them any other way.

I was looking for a different kind of way to make yams and remembered seeing the Neelys making a sweet potatoe recipe on Food Network. I looked it up online, read the reviews and made them for Christmas. This is the best and easiest way to make yams or sweet potatoes and they are even more delicious when you reheat them. I will make ours this way from now on, not only for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, but since they are sooo good I will probably make them more often. Thank you Neelys for this terrific recipe!

My sweet potatoes were sliced thinly and then I poured the glaze over them. I am not a great cook and my husband enjoyed it and I believed it came close or better than his mother's sweet potatoes.

So easy to make! I actually chopped them up into little chucks and poured the glaze over them and cooked them that way. Once the were cooked I added marshmellows and put them under the broiler time the marshmellows turned brown! They were better then ever!!!!! By far the best Sweet potatoe recipe ever!!!

My mom and I decided to try yams this year for Thanksgiving, neither of us knew how to make them, but I knew where to go to find a recipe...The Food Network! As I looked through several recipes on the site, these Glazed Sweet Potatoes stood out and for a good reason. They are DELICIOUS and so easy. My son wasn't happy that his sweet potatoes were not on the table, but once he tasted these, he was glad we tried something different. They will be on our table again at Christmas! Thanks to the Neelys!

I make candied sweets regularly. However, the glazed ones were terrific! I will do them now instead of the candied ones. Thanks.

I made them for Thanksgiving - they were very easy to make and got rave reviews - even from some who said they don't like sweet potatoes.

I have always loved my mother-in-law's traditional marshmallow topped dish, but wanted to try something different. I read on reviewer's comments about how they tasted even more incredible the day after when the flavors have melded and decided to bake them the day BEFORE Thanksgiving and just re-heat. VERY GOOD!

I was looking for sweet potatoes like "mom used to make" and this certainly filled the bill! They were easy, delicious, and everyone at my Thanksgiving table raved about them!! Even my picky husband loved them! They have now become part of our holiday tradition.
