    Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou...My mother makes this potato salad and i could never make it taste like hers. I have begged her to teach me. She always omitted the sugar. (her so called secret ingredient,plus a bit of french dressing} It taste the same as this recipe. I cant wait to make it for her.

    I normally don't like mustard-based potato salads, but this one is a real winner and I really enjoyed it. It's not too sweet and not too tart. I made this with some baby back ribs and I'll be making this again, especially in the summer months for BBQ meals.
