This is really yummy...I leave out the celery, but that's just me. I don't like celery. This is a great recipe and if you are looking for something really good, but easy...try this one. Enjoy :

My wife showed me the recipe the other night, I made it & we all loved it. I used less onions than it called for because my wife & my kids aren't big onion fans, but we all loved the flavor of the potato salad. Highly recommended!!

I didn't have the red potatoes. I used russet potatoes and it still turned out great.
Thanks for sharing the recipe.

If you make this, they'll be asking because they want the recipe! This was downright AWE-SOME! I followed the recipe exactly except for the construction. I put the potatoes in after I mixed all the other ingredients. My potatoes were a little too soft, so I didn't want to end up with mashed potato salad. I like for my potato salad to be flavorful and hit my taste buds with flavor and be remembered after I savored the last bite. I despise potato salad that loses it's bite after a few chews. This one packs a nicely welcomed old school punch! LOVE THIS! OK! LOVE THIS!

This recipe was so easy to follow. I didnt change a thing. I made it for a party and it was a hit whose guestlist included some very good family cooks. I never made potato salad before and I got so many compliments on it that night.

I just made this potato salad five minutes ago and It is The BOMB!!! I only used 1 tablespoon of mustard and a red onion and it is delicious. You know its good if you have not added an egg and it is room temp. and it is still good. Loves it. Thanks Pat and Gina or should I say Grandma Jean!!!!! lol
