instead of sugar I used apples to sweet it...crunchy apples were yummy with this recipe :

Very Tasty! Hint: If you change several ingredients, you are not making the same potato salad.

So, I had some fresh cilantro left over from a previous recipe and added it to the recipe to freshen up the taste and it was great....

This was the perfect potato salad. I even served it to someone who hates relish and onions and he came back for seconds. Definite score on this one!

This was my first time ever making potato salad and this recipe was great! I did not use sugar and I used russet potatoes and Hellman's mayo (since that's all I had instead. I told my girlfriend I hit a home run with this one.

It is a very easy recipe; I used three large potatoes and diced them instead of the small potatoes. Very great recipe because I have not made a potato salad in 20 years.

This recipe was great! a little too sweet but after it sits, it calms down a little. Also if you dont have celery and want the crunch, just dont chop the onion really small.
