Takes like my mom's potato salad and it's so easy to make. The potato is the star of this dish. Thank you Grandma Jean!

Very tasty, I replaced the miracle whip with dukes mayo and 1/4 cup Dijon mustard for the tangy taste like miracle whip. It worked out awesome, Everybody loved it. Thanks Scott

I can't give this 5 stars because I made some key changes that helped it turn out as great as it did. But it was an awesome base! I used dill relish & mayonnaise rather than sweet pickle relish & salad dressing. We like our potato salad to have tang, not be sweet. I also added dill, probably a tablespoon. These changes resulted in the perfect potato salad! I took it to a picnic & the bowl was scraped clean. I received many compliments & requests for the recipe.

This potato salad is absolutely delicious! For a southern Sunday dinner serve with chicken, greens, yams and corn bread. Can't get any better than that!

This is a family favorite in our house. We swap dill relish for the sweet relish and use real mayo instead of Miracle Whip. Great flavor and a crowd pleaser.

This is a good recipe BUT... I got the Nealey's cookbook for Christmas and when I saw this recipe had a 10 oz jar of relish in it I knew something was wrong. I looked on here and saw that most of the ingredients have the wrong amounts in the cookbook. Now I don't know if I will be using this cookbook anymore or not because it is not trust worthy. Is there a website anywhere that list all the corrections that need to be made in this book? Disheartened in NC
