My family loved this soup as we do most of the Neeley recipes. We also love seeing how well they work together as a team. I feel sorry for the person who doesn't approve of some of their antics. I wish she had some of that kind of love in her life.

I personally love the Neelys...the love they have for cooking, their family and friends, and especially each other. I love their enthusiasm and zest for life. Keep it up! Oh, and the food is great, too! God bless you all.

Although I've tried a number of the Neely's recipes, and found them to be extremely tasty, I can no longer watch their antics. The "spice fairy", head twitching, butt shaking, shuckin' and jivin' content is more than I'm willing to subject myself to. Color me gone!

This soup was a great hit with my family. My husband loves the vegetables and I was so pleased when my 13 year old son told mke that he could eat that soup all day. He also loved the veggies. THUMBS UP!

This is a great recipe. I know people hate it when you modify their recipes but I just really felt like I should. While the fried, bone-in pork chops are delicious they aren't really necessary. Because this is such a fantastic soup you could really stretch it further by simply using the thin boneless chops and quick searing them on the outside, pat the grease off and putting them in the soup. I just think this is cheaper and easier. That giant pork chop is kind of cumbersome to eat even if you have fairly large soup/pasta bowls. Also, my grocery no longer does those boxes of frozen vegetables in the box so you have to buy bags. And I didn't want those half bags just sitting in the freezer so I dumped all of the peas and corn in there. It's great and also stretches this recipe a little further so you get your money's worth!

My family thought that I was out of my mind when I advised them that I was making Fried Pork Chop Soup this weekend. My husband laughed and chanted to my kids, that your mother will try anything. Well to make a long story short......my family devoured the soup. They all apologized for teasing me, and begged for more. Needless to say, it was a huge success in my home. Happy cooking, you will not be disappointed.

When I was talking about making this soup NO one wanted any." Mom we never heard of fried pork chop soup" is what I heard. So I made the soup and a pan of cornbread went to my room to finish some work. Later when I went back for a little more I took the top of the pot it was gone the whole pot. I looked and said maybe I'm looking in the wrong pot. So I went into the living room and said I though no body wanted any. Now I heard that was good mom when are you going to make more and my son's friends said Ms. Andrea you sure put your foot in it. So I'm making another pot this weekend after I go get a pedicure. LOL
