I love this recipe but I have changed it a bit to make it more like a stew. After I have fried the pork chops in the seasoned flour, I take the excess seasoned flour and add it to the chicken stock to make a rue. Also, I don't use the can of diced tomatoes; I use a fresh whole tomato. I use homemade chicken stock and think it makes a huge difference (I have tried the store bought as well.

The soup and a lot of their recipes are great but Gina has to lower the pitch of her voice. We have tried many recipes and they are great..........please lower Gina's voice. Great Soup!!

For those that say the tomatoe paste is not mentioned in the written recipe, I suggest you read the recipe again. Please folks rate the recipe not the hosts! Remember when cooking using someone's recipe you still need to use your own common sense and the second time you use the recipe make it your own. Makes sense? By the way I intend to make this soup this Sunday for dinner.

The Neely's have it down to a science! This recipe was easy to make and absolutely soul-satisfying. I made it the first time and was not able to have any leftovers! The second time I made this recipe, I had to double it to ensure I would have some for lunch the next day! Great recipe- would give it 10 stars if I could!

This was wonderful. Used chicken broth instead of veg and it turned out great. The soup was thick and FULL of flavor and the chops were tender. Everyone in my family loved it. Will definately make again! Another winner from the Neely's!

This recipe was totally average. Frozen vegetables. Not much flavor. Will not make again.
