    Not delicious. I've used kale in soups and other recipies before and it's never been bitter before. Maybe I cooked it took long or the red pepper got burned. Either way, not good.

    I just made this recipe to go along with a pot roast that I had in the oven and I must say it was very good!
    I would recommend anyone to try this; it beats the common steamed green beans or broccoli I usually serve.

    I just bought an enamel dutch oven and I wanted to try it out with a quick recipe and this one worked perfect. Very easy to veganize for me (just used vegetable broth. Very quick and tasty!

    I wanted to try something new and different. It?s a big change from regular southern style collard greens, but it was worth the time I spent preparing it for my mother. She enjoyed it!

    I actually saw them make this on the show and then later looked up the recipe. My one comment is they used WAY more than 2 cups of kale on the show. I made mine with 6 cups, and would go as high as ten to have it be even green and bean. Otherwise, super easy, the pepper added a nice heat, GREAT side with chicken or even as a filling but light lunch.
