Absolutely Loved It! It was a little HOT so if you don't like to much heat I would cut down on the cayenne and paprika. But other then that this dish was a HOME RUN for us! Thank you goes directly to the Neelys.

I made a double batch of this tonight and used on country style ribs, holy awesomeness!! I simmered for quite a while, probablly over an hour while my ribs were cooking then i coated the ribs to finish cooking them the last hour or so...the long simmer melded all these wonderful flavors together! you get a sweet taste at first, then a tang, then a little bit of a bite at the end cause of the cayenne. i actually used a little less than a tablespoon for a double batch due to some of the reviews due to i have a 9 year old and didnt want it spicy, but i could of used a little more. Due to my double batch i have leftovers so i can look forward to using it on chicken wings this weekend for a party! This is totally going to be my "go-to" BBQ from now on- a certain crowd pleaser and impressor!!

The Neelys did it again! The sauce waas a hit with my very picky family. I loved the way all of the ingredients married together so well. Make sure you wath it carefully and constantly stir it so it does not stick and burn... Oh yeah I took the advice of some others on their reviews to reduce the cayenne. I used only a teaspoon and it was quite spicy. Also the store did not have any apple cider and I didnt have time to go anywhere else but it came out great!
