Great recipe! QUESTION.....How can a person rate a recipe if they don't make the dish and will never make it???? You look stupid!

Great recipe... a little too sweet for our tastes so we spiced it up and went wonderful... Thanks Neelys... as you know the best recipes are the ones we make our own...

I made half the recipient and it was great! As I used it as a dipping sauce I strained out the garlic and onions. It took about 1 hour to reduce and the heat from the cayenne pepper did not over power the sauce. I'd make it again.

After reading the comments I wondered if it really could be THAT good! It's better. This ain't no A-1, it has such a unique flavor and despite the cayenne (although I used a little less, it compliments instead of overpowers the meat. Everyone raved about it at a recent gathering, and since I have a lot leftover, I've put it IN burgers, ON burgers, over chicken, sand dipped brats in it. There's nothing this stuff doesn't enhance. I wouldn't be surprised if it taste good on Corn Flakes!

I am so glad I made this sauce to dip my New York Strip steak in. It was amazing. I definitely will be making this again. The Neelys know good sauce without a doubt.

This was very flavorful and better than any store bought sauce I've ever had. Be careful with the cayenne pepper because the recommended measurement provides a lot of heat-- use less if you don't want it to be too spicy. We had leftover sauce and used it for chicken. Tastes great on either steak or chicken!
