so much better than store bought, and extraordinarily less expensive. I minced the garlic and put it on top of some of the chips. those are astounding. so easy and fast. wont buy pita chips again.

O-My! Love this and will use as a snack with hummus as well. Added another clove of garlic, just cause I love garlic...yes!

I'm making my boyfriend a nice dinner tonight to simply say thank you for all he does for me. I'm making one of his favorites, baked cod. To go with it, I thought a nice idea would be to make these pita chips, along with other side dishes such as steamed veggies, etc. I'm going to make them following this exact recipe, but also, I'm going to try something different.

Aside from this recipe, I'm going to replace the olive oil with a little melted butter, and the dry ingredients with cinnamon and sugar. Perfect sweet tooth for anyone!! Just wanted to share. Thanks for the recipes Neely's. Loveeee your show!

These Pita Chips were soo delicious - I had them at a PC party and all my guests raved about them and at the end of the party there were none to be found. They are great with homemade hummus or just plain!

Very easy! I used whole wheat pita bread. Instead of smashing the garlic I minced it. I also added 1 teaspoon of butter to the olive oil. Perfect with the collard green & artichoke dip!!!
