I made this for our Christmas dinner and I have to say it was delicious. I read the recipes, the reviews and watched the video prior to making this and I too reduced the cooking time by 30 minutes. The taste is not too hot, not too sweet, was plenty of glaze for my 7 pound ham (precooked and spiral sliced. I could not find anywhere the demo ham was an uncooked ham and thus the reason for cooking it so long (in the video he SAYS it is precooked. I usually stay away from spicy stuff due to heartburn issues - but there weren't any. I'm already thinking ahead to the next time - I may use the honey and brown sugar and cornstarch mixture, but add my usual prepared mustard and cloves to the mix and try that instead. How bad can it be - it's HAM!!!!! I'm glad I tried it, will probably do it again.

I fixed this yesterday for our family, I used a fully-cooked, spiral sliced ham so I adjusted the temps according to the ham packaging, also adjusted the cooking time...the family was totally in love with the taste..I have orders to use this recipe for every time we have ham, also they are trying to find other occasions for us to have this ham. I am happy to give 5 stars. I was afraid of the heat to start with, but the taste is amazing...

My crew were not happy with this glaze at all. The recipe had to be doulbed for a 5 lb. ham. And my boys said it had NO heat to it at all. I won't be using it again.

This is even better than the "store-bought" Honey Baked ham! Also, it's incredibly easy! I don't think I've ever tried a Neely recipe that I didn't love, and this is no exception!! It will be on my Christmas dinner table again this year!!!

OMG!This is the best ham I have ever made. The combination of sweet and spicy was perfect. My family enjoyed this so much. However, instead of putting the ham in the oven I put it in the crockpot and it turned out delicious. The glaze soaking in the ham overnight made leftovers the next day even better. Every Neely recipe I have made has NEVER let me down. This is another one added to the bunch. You will not be disappointed. THANKS NEELYS!!

This was great. I bought a sam choice 9lb ham and followed the recipe. However, I reduced the cooking time by 30 minutes, since I bought a pre-cooked ham. It's definitely moist and juicy. I will be making this more often.
