I tried this recipe for our Day After Christmas family gathering and it flew off the table! We usually buy a commercial honey baked ham but they have become too expensive. This was as good if not better than the store bought kind.

I tried this recipe and wasn't quite sure about the cayene and red pepper flakes but it turned out great. The ham wasn't too sweet nor was it too spicy it had just enough kick. It was great and very easy to make. Had everything already in the cabinet. Thank you for this receipe

I cooked this entire xmas brunch episode recipes and the ham goes perfect with the sausage leek casserole. Again, cayenne pepper is used so while it was sweet - the cayenne pepper gave it a little kick. My husband loved it.
i cut down the volume of ingredients because I was only cooking a 2.5lb no bone spiral ham. It came out great! So for those who don't want or cant cook a huge 6lb ham - this recipe can be scaled down!
