Delicious! Quick dinner and so full of flavor. I switched up the cheese and used 1.5 cups Boar's Head 3 Pepper Colby and 1.5 cups cheddar. Not dry at all! Plus, used Kettle Cooked Sea Salt chips to avoid a soggy chip and that idea was successful, they still had a crunch. I divided it between two pans so that I can save some to bake fresh another day, hope it keeps well!

I see some mixed reviews but this recipe is great. I am a novice in the kitchen and it the recipe worked out great. My boyfriend said it was the best Mac n Cheese he has ever had. Of course, everyone adjusts with the recipe. I didn't have nutmeg and added extra, different cheeses and it was great.

I love this dish, small tweak I added half smoke cheddar cheese. Other then that its perfect.

I really love this recipe. Very Cheesy Macaroni and cheese although I would recommend adding a little more seasoning depending on who you're cooking for because some have said it was a little bland. The Bacon is a must. I use the pre-made Oscar Mayer bacon pieces found in the salad aisle, they work just as well!

This mac & cheese dish was wonderful; sort of old fashioned but with the Neelys twist. I did not add the bacon because I enjoy the creaminess of the cheese. I have made this several times and will continue to make it in the future. Each time though, I try different cheeses.

I served this Macaroni and Cheese to friends and all agreed it was a keeper recipe. My friend, Danny told me it reminded him of the macaroni and cheese his mom use to make which brought back fond memories for him.
