This was my first time cooking lasagna and it turned out pretty well. If I do say so myself. I have been wanting some lasagna for a few days. I'm glad I used this recipe. Thanks a bunch.

this was my first time making lasagna. I doubled the recipe in hopes of freezing one pan of it. I had enough sauce/cheese for 2 layers of meat and only one layer of cheese & noodle per pan. I should have just put it all in one pan so the dish could be deeper and have more layers.
I didn't know what to make of "seasoned salt" so i left it out. cheddar cheese sounded weird for lasagna so I left it out too. the resulting taste was good, even if it was a shallow unilayer lasagna.

I made this lasagna for a family gathering after watching the Neelys make it on TV. It looked so good, and it tasted even better than I thought. After reading through the ingredients, I thought it would be a little bland, but with the parsley and seasonings, it turned out great! So easy with the no boil noodles too. Loved the addition of the cheddar cheese--gave it a new twist. My whole family loved it and was asking for the recipe!

The addition of cheddar cheese to lasagna completely ruined it for me. There are no spices in the sauce, and the use of only cottage cheese (instead of ricotta or a combination made a runny mess.

This was my first time making lasagna and I was a little disappointed at my first bite =\ It took me forever to finish a serving of this! Next time, I'll leave out ALL the salts, it was just unbearable...once it cooled down, it was a little better, but I still don't know if I'll be finishing the whole pan of it.
Outside of the salt, it seems pretty good though..I'm trying! lol

I hadn't made a Lasagna in over 2-3 years. I made this recipe using italian sausage and ground beef and served it with a garden salad and garlic bread sticks. My man said it's the BEST lasagna he's ever had. I had one small corner of it and he ate the rest of the entire pan and it wasn't a small pan either. Thank you so much Neely's for helping me make my Boo happy.!

I think this would have been really good if I would have left out the salts. The parmesean cheese has enough natural salt taste, so adding the others just overpowered the whole dish. I barely made it through a helping.
