Maybe I did something wrong...to much flour possibly, but the dough was entirely too dense...maybe because of the eggs and sugar....I'm not really sure what went wrong, but will definitely won't be using this recipe again...I've made cinnamon rolls before and the dough is always light and moist...usually love The Neely's recipes but this was was a miss for me.. :(

They were really good but premium ingredients are a most especially GOOD flour like what INA uses

I made these for my son we saw how delish they were on the show. Followed recipe to the letter. My son was drooling when I was puting on the glaze. We had them for breakfast the next day. They came out so good and moist. I did not add the raisins or the nuts. Great recipe! Brought to work and everyone thought they were FABULOUS!!! Now I have to try the waffles once I buy a waffle maker!

My yeast must have been old since these didn't rise, not even in the oven! And as a second mistake I forgot the CINNAMON! LOL I noticed after I had cut them up and ended up sprinkling it over the top. Nonetheless these were a hit at my brunch get together! I'd be willing to try again with with some healthier yeast.

One of my first times working with yeast, I found this recipe easy to follow and the dough rose while resting and more while baking. The only thing I did different was split the dough into 2 balls and roll them each out separately so there was one batch with raisins and one without. They came out smaller, and were so good! Everyone loved them!!!!

This recipe was easy to use but the rolls were DRY, not very flavorful, and ended up in the garbage as they turned into rocks after a day or so.

my cinnamon rolls did not turn out well. I made the mistake of not reading all the comments before making them. I'm new at baking from scratch. My dough did not rise at all and they were hard and dry. they smelled good when they were cooking but they were not good. so if you try this recipe read all the comments and adjust as needed.

I made these rolls for my Chirstmas Brunch this year and they were a big hit.
My dough didn't want to rise, so I placed it on top of a warm stove; covered with a towel until it double in size. I also discover the cooking time was less than 20 - 25 mins. It take about 15 mins. Very good rolls, soft, and MMM
good. The RapidRise Yeast work best. I will baked these again very soon.
