I don't usually fry anything but this did look really good. I would add a little more hot sauce if I made it again( I didn't think it was spicy enough, but I'm not a "fried foods" eater so I didn't think it was really worth the trouble & fat to cook in grease. Have enjoyed several of neely's other recipes. Susan--Aberdeen

Very tasty and easy to fix. I usually do not like things too spicy as I usually get heartburn, but this was so good.

The chicken was good and the coating was perfect. My family enjoyed the chicken.

I tried the recipe shortly after seeing it on the show. It was great. I didn't add the cayenne because I was feeding little ones. They loved it! It was flavorful and very crunchy!

I prepared this dish yesterday and my husband and his friends really enjoyed it. The only thing that I would change would be to season the chicken with a little garlic powder and onion powder. It gave it a little more flavor, but overall I would make it again.

I had to make a couple of batches to get the oil the right temperature. 350 was way to hot and the chicken burned with the time specified to cook. I lowered my oil to 300 and let it fry a little longer. The flavor is ok. Nothing to write home about. I wouldn't make this again.

This is very tasty. I added a little less cayenne pepper to the dry ingredients b/c I don't like things too hot but will add the full amount next time as using 1/2 did not give it the kick I wanted. Will definitely make again and again!! Thanks, Gina & Pat!!!
