Tip: Instead of 2 cups of " All purpose Flour " in the batter mix, I like to use 2 cups ZaTarain's Chicken Frying Mix. It is a mild Flour mix that just adds a little more flavor. also if you double dredge chicken you get a thicker coating. Thanks for the recipe :

Nealys, this recipe is EXCELLENT! Thanks for sharing, because without your recipe, I may have bombed when I was called on to bring wings to a pot luck dinner...with the help of you and your recipe "my" wings disappeared off the table, even before other dishes had been touched. "Juicy" "tender" "delicious" "OUTRAGEOUS" is only a sample of how these wings were described by friends at the party. Thank you, God bless.

These were the best wings my husband and I have ever had!!! We like our wings a little spicier so we added some cayenne to the flour and it was delicious! We are making them again for all our friends this weekend. Thanks for the great recipe!!!!

Best recipe for wings I have ever tried. I used this recipe for the Superbowl and it was delicious. Based on the other comments I did decrease the amount of salt used and instead added some cumin and paprika. I think I will try some more paprika the next time around but overall they were great and very fast to make.

When it comes to wings, I don't do sauces...maybe blue cheese with buffalo wings. These wings are absolutely the best I've ever had or made. Crunchy. Spicy. Awesome!

Just got through making these wings. I never do fried chicken wings right. They're either chewy or just not crispy enough..These were spot on!!! My mother would be so proud. I thought they'd be spicier though they weren't and that was ok for me. The extra seasoning on the side makes me feel like i'm eating from Bojangles. My favorite southern fast food treat. I did seasoned fries and yeast rolls on the side. Bravo Neely's! Bravo!!

Made this and my husband thought I went out and bought it. I added a few extra things to it and used chipotle sauce and did lemon juice instead of lemon pepper. . cuz i don't own the seasoning from heaven; but thank you for making something faaaaaaaaaaaaantastic and sharing.

I made this recipe for my niece prom party everyone ate them up and then ask for more..These are a keeper follow the direction to the tee..and they were Great!!!!
