This recipe was DELICIOUS! It seemed like the recipe was going to be awfully spicy...but, it was perfect! It was a definite hit on my house on Super Bowl Sunday! And the dipping sauce was amazing! I just love the Neelys!

The batter's heat was phenomenal and the sauce was kicking, but the recipe shown has no liquid for the batter other than the two eggs, which when mixed with two cups of flour made nothing resembling a batter! I added milk until the batter was smoother, but the texture of the "batter" was very heavy. Next time I will use tempura batter and add their spices to make a lighter breading.

Please make sure the recipe is correctly posted in the future.

I L-O-V-E this recipe!! I didn't make the dipping sauce but the chicken itself is delicious! I use this recipe whenever I make fried chicken.

I love hot wings and these have a wonderful taste without sauce, who knew! I make two different ones, the original for my kids and a hotter one for my husband and I. For people who would like more heat try a couple shakes of habenero tabasco with the regular hot sauce, it'll get your mouth burning!! Today I'm going to try the recipe with chicken breasts cut into strips.

I made these wings for my boyfriend and he loved them. I added extra cayenne pepper because I wanted them to be more spicy. I will be making these again next week for the Cowboy's vs. Redskin's game on Sunday. We love football!!!!

These are very good! I made them twice, and even though I don't like spicy foods, I still eat these because there that good. Being lazy, I put the drumsticks in a cake pan, coat the chicken on both sides with seasonings, and bake them. No messy kitchen with oil splattered everywhere, and still just as delicious. A bit healthier too.
