This is my first time making wings and I will be making this again. I may decrease the seasoning salt and lemon-pepper a bit because I did not like the after taste. However I did use 8 wings so maybe this was the reason for the taste. Did not make the Dipping Sauce instead I used BBQ Sauce, Ketchup, Mustard and some of the leftover spice mix.

I'm not sure if SPICY chicken fits this recipe (although i thought it would be when adding all the spices. However this chicken taste excellent. I made it yesterday and ate it all. It's my first deep fried cooking experience and it was very easy. I definitely would not hesitate to add more spice next time :

I made these for my fiance and some of his buddies for the SEC championship game. They really liked them. I thought they were really spicy, but I can't really take a lot of spice. Anyway they loved them, I may make them again for tomorrow night for the BCS Championship. This should be on your list of recipes to try for your next event.

Well down to business I suprised my husband who happens to love fried chicken wings with this recipe and it got rave reviews. I also loved this recipe it is the greatest. I can't wait to make these wings for my friends and family : Thank you

Very Delicious! I love that I can not put the extra spice on at the end for my husband so that he can enjoy them and by putting the extra spice on mine it's nice and spicy for me!

Throw out all your other wing recipes. Buy a fryolator and follow the recipe to the "T". You will never taste better wings than in this recipe. Guaranteed you will not taste a moister and/or perfectly spiced wings anywhere. My husband and I love the Hooter's wings and have travelled fom Boston to Atlantic City to New Orleans to Florida to California and finally to Vegas and never have we had wings as crisp, juicy and perfectly spiced as these. These are absolutely a winner.

This is an amazing recipe, right when i took the first bite, i though "wow, when are we going to make this again??"
The only difference was that i added a tablespoon of seasoned salt and a tablespoon of cayenne pepper to the flour mixture (our family really likes a bit of spice.

I was concerned at first on how much spicy components were in this recipe, but it turned out great! This was my first time attempting anything deep fried....so I think this was a complete success. The thermometer is definitely a must for beginning friers. I just could not control the temperature very well by eyeballing it. I just know that my husband will be asking for this one again!

I've made these a few times for friends and family, and they are, by far, the biggest hit at my parties. I wish there was a higher rating for this. They are definately the tastiest wings I've ever had....Thank you Pat and Gina Neely....
