This truly was perfect rice. I used dried thyme and dried parsley because I didn't have any fresh on hand and it still turned out delicious. I'm making white rice like this from now on. Great just alone.

This rice went great with the seafood, chicken gumbo and was terrific on its own. Very very easy with great flavor. my family loved it and i will definately make it again.

Made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious ~~ I did not add the thyme however as I did not have any fresh on hand (didn't think dried would work well in this but even still, it's easy and a must must must try, you won't be sorry ~~
