Fabulous! Watch it the last 3 minutes to make sure you don't burn it depending on how big your broccoli is, but cut the tomatoes in half If large. I did and this was great! Definitely a keeper!

Easy. Delicious. I would slice tomatoes in half next time. Great way to get fresh hot veggies into winter menus. I set timer for 15 mins, then another 2 so it didn't get burnt.

Lovely and as simple as can be! I have made it a number of times but my word of warning is to be careful how long you cook it!! I overcooked it just a little one of the times and the nutty/burned taste made it inedible even though it was just a few shades past gold. So don't think you can throw it in and walk away because you have to babysit a bit. Other than that the flavor is ridiculously good. The tomatos are sweet and the broccoli is nicely nutty and spicy (when not overcookedwith a decent crunch to it. Thanks!

Amazing!!!!!!! The only change I would make is cutting the red pepper in half because it was at times a little too hot for members of my family!
