This was very tasty and had a nice combination of flavors. I'd give it five stars but found it a bit too soupy with all the juice from the tomatos. I'll try it again with larger tomatos that have the guts removed. Still, pretty darned good.

This was fantastic. I added a little bit of crumbled feta as well. This would be good with some grilled shrimp and Greek olives added to it as a main dish.

I loved it, so did my family. Tomatoes are a great addition. Next time I'll cook it for less than 18 min. My mistake. I left them in the oven to keep them warm and broccoli became a lit bit too soft. I also think, that cheese is optional, in case, you don't have some cheese in the fridge.
    Thanks, Neelys!

Pretty good. I love roasted veggies and the tomatoes were awesome, but the roasted broccoli was just ok. The shallots, garlic, red pepper and parm give this dish a nice flavor profile. Definitely worth making again.

This was very easy and even my 4 year old son loved the slight spiciness!

Love it! The flavor is amazing! I just put the roasted vegetables in a serving plate and served extra cheese on the side too. This is a keeper recipe! Perfect!

This is a very favorable way to cook brocolli. You get a even better result if you heat the baking pan to very hot before placing veggies on it and baking.
