    This was very easy to make and my family loved it. I'm not used to warm cherry tomatoes...so that was a little weird, but it was great. I'll probably try it with some red pepper next time.

    This was a great way to make broccoli. Easy and delicious. My husband raved about it and was still talking about it the next day. I don't even love broccoli but loved this dish. I did not have a shallot so used a white onion and it was still good.

    This is a wonderful and easy recipe. I like to add a few roasted red peppers too. I take it camping in a zip lock and put it on foil on the grill, terrific.

    Fantastic! I used 2 shallots but that's the only change. I made it ahead for a dinner the next night, but ate half of it when it came out of the oven!

    Wow! I have been trying many different variation of roasted vegtables and this one is right on!!!! Use a couple more tablespoons of olive oil. I just bought a bag of the broccoli florets, easy and delish.

    This dish could make you become a vegetarian. The flavor after roasting and adding the cheese are mouth watering. It's a great dish when you want to impress company with both the presentation and the taste.

    I just made this for my husbands birthday and everyone has been watching thier waistlines but wanting to splurge a bit for the birthday. This recipe was a great way to do that. Thank you!

    This is a great flavor combo. I did have to make one change in that I didn't have quite enough broccoli on hand, so I added some cauliflower and it turned out great. It's a pretty colorful dish and my family all agreed it was a cut above the usual.
