    Very do-able. My husband is the primary cook in our home, and I am the hot little helper. We both appreciate this recipe.

    I made the mistake of modifying the stuffing per my daughter's request. I think that took away from the flavor of the hens. However, my hubby thought they were excellent. I am looking forward to trying this recipe again with the suggested stuffing. This is only the second "Neely" recipe that I've made but I will definitely be trying many more. I love their dishes. They are traditional with an awesome spin. My family and I get bored with the same old meals. Thanks Pat and Gina for bringing some realitistic variety to our kitchen.

    I haven't fixed this recipe but read the reviews to see if I wanted to make it. My comment is to rate the recipe and not the hosts! I got frustrated that most comments were whether the rater like Pat or Gina.

    This is the second whole menu from the Neelys show that we have made, and we love all of it. We really like that they make a whole menu, with a protein, some veggies, and a dessert. These hens were so tasty and juicy, a definite winner! Keep cookin' Pat and Gina!!!!

    I love watching the Neely's - not only do they promoted family love and closeness. They can cook and are professional business people.

    For those who are saying they are showing to much affection - maybe because there's none in your household.

    You should never judge another without wanting to be judged.

    I love THE NEELY'S SHOW and they will be a very successful show. To THE NEELY'S - keep doing what you'll doing - that's the reason why I watched. Plus, I have called everyone I know so they can tune in and watch.

    There's enough violence in the world what's wrong with a little bit of family love and if you can cook as well - better served. THANKS for showing us how to love in Unity!

    I liked this recipe because it was easy to make. The spices were normal ones in the cabinet and I was able to modify the recipe and cook the hens for a friend recovering from heart surgery. I love the Neelys' recipes!

    This recipe was wonderful. I actually made too much. I've never try to make cornish game hens until I try this recipe. This was just wonderful and my family enjoyed it very much. Keep up the good work. I enjoy the show also.

    Love your show Guys and your recipes. Good food, funny, and refreshing. Just once i'd like to insert this one personal comment.. FOR THOSE INSULTED...INSECURITY AND RESENTMENTS COMES FROM WITHIN IN "YOUR OWN LIFE, HEART AND SOUL"..GET PSYCH HELP OR A LIFE AND LET OTHERS BE HAPPY AND LIVE. This should be a honest recipe review section and no place for people worried about "Gina losing her man". They both appear secure, happy and in love and if you are worried, you have too much time on your hands. Blessings to the ill willed and I hope your heart heals. Back to the "other Hens", this recipe looks awesome and will be trying it out tonight. Can't wait to re-post a real review on the outcome. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.
