    The potatoes were creamy and good, but the garlic flavor was a too mild for all that work of roasting the garlic. I have gotten the same result throwing a few cloves into my boiling water before. I would make this again but next time maybe roast a few extra cloves of garlic.

    so i followed this recipe to the T and all i have to say is i cant believe it!these are the best mashed patatos ive ever had and they came out perfect,i will be amking these mashed patatos here and there!

    I just made these tonight with our dinner and it was a big hit with my husband and kids!! The potatoes were smooth and creamy, with the flavor of the roasted garlic going through. This is a definite keeper!

    wow... amazing mashed potatoes. I have been making them for about a year and there are never left overs. Love the taste of the garlic and have gotten raves about it

    I have never eaten roasted garlic before, but it gave the potatoes the perfect hint of garlic taste without being too strong....this will be my new mashed potato recipe.

    This recipe for the mashed potatoes was just great, I followed the garlic part like Pat said, and it came out delicious, I did add another season along with black pepper & salt, thank's again Neeley family you guy's are great.

    One of the best potatoes I have every eaten. The roasted garlic is so easy who knew. Perfect consistency. Yummy!!!

    I mashed this dish for church and it turned out great. It was so easy too. I mean you just boil your potatoes mix with cream and butter and mash. This was my first time making mashed potatoes and people at my church thought they were fantastic. I used minced garlic jared in olive oil instead of roasting the garlic myself. Great Job Pat & G!
