    I should try this again, I didn't put the potatoes in cold salted water. I boiled the water first. They were just okay. The next day the left overs were better. I will try again, cause everything of the Neeleys I have made has been Great!!

    If you like super easy and super good, this is it. I use russett potatoes and 2% milk, and it turned out sooo good. There wasn't a bit left.

    Wow, these were really creamy and really good. I had never roasted garlic, that was a bit messy and mushy, but boy it smelled good cooking with that olive oil.....I don't even really like mashed patatoes, but my kids and husband do, they really liked them. Way to go once again Neely's!

    This was so good, everybody loved it and my boyfriend couldn't stop oooing and awwwing over it the entire time he was eating it. I loved the roasted garlic, the chunks of it in these potatoes were awesome!

    I am a person that only cooks meals out of a box. This was my first time attempting a recipe from scratch. This was very very easy to make!! The potatoes tasted rich and creamy!! I am looking forward to making them again!!!

    I used to be a server at Carrabba's Italian Grill- these are the closest I think I'll ever get to being able to make them.. Served them for company along with Emril's Chicken Marsala. They go awesome together- use the marsala as a gravy- to die for!!!.

    I'm a potato LOVER and this recipe definitely does not dissapoint. These mashed potatoes are absolutely great and extremely easy to prepare for someone not so confident (but not afraid to try in the kitchen. The perfect side for my Sunday meatloaf. Thank You Neelys

    I made these for Thanksgiving, and they were a HUGE hit! The roasted garlic flavor is so good and not overpowering at all. I will definately be making these more often! YUM!

    This was the first time I made these and they were the best mashed potatoes I have ever had - even better than a 5 star restaurant. I can't wait to try them again!

    I made this for a little Thanksgiving dinner for my friend and daughter. It was just delicious. Not very garlicky and just the right texture. I did substitute Yukon Gold Potatoes instead of the red ones. I thought it tasted way better than red. I'm going to try to do more tweaking to make it more healthy. Not too crazy about the cream and butter...but I would like to hear some suggestions to replace those. Great tasting!!!
