These garlic mashed potatoes were great! I was a little hesitant to try these because the ingredients are so simple. But I thought I would give it a try and simple might be better! And it was, they were a hit! It was just the right amount of garlic, and I think by warming the heavy cream and melting the butter before putting it into the potatoes made a huge difference. My husband added a little monterey jack cheese to them which was great too! Very good and easy! You must try them!

After years of watching my Mother and Aunt prepare home made mashed potatoes on the holidays I decided to try to make them for my boyfriend. I was surprised at how easy they were to make!!! Lots of flavor and soooo Delicious! He loved them so much that he requested them again the next night! The roasted garlic smelled incredible and impressed my boyfriend (and not to mention made me look like I knew what I was doing in the kitchen lol
I definately found a way to my boyfriends heart with this recipe!!! lol

This is a super-simple recipe that is also super-delicious!! The roasted garlic is mild and delicious. Even my 8yo ate these and she's not big on potatoes. That's what I call a winner!!

The first time I watched this show it really didn't impress me BUT I watched it today and something told me to try it and OMG it was off the chain when I prepared it for my family just kept repeating OMG Oh boy this is a real winner here. Mr and Mrs. Neely thank you so much!!

I love garlic mashed potatoes and after seeing this recipe featured on air my husband made it and it turned out wonderful. The combination of the roasted garlic (which I love together with the mashed potatoes is just wonderful!

I personally do not like mashed potatoes but I tried this recipe one night for my husband and I just had to try them. They were delicious! These are the only mashed potoates I will eat.

I could not stop eating these potatoes while we waited for the steak to cool. There was nothing left in the dish! A perfect meal--makes us want to drive from CT to your restaurant!

My husband and I LOVE these potatoes. He asks me to make them at least once a week. The garlic has the best flavor - it's so mild you can pop a clove out and eat it right out of the oven. Delicious!!!
