The best roasted garlic mashed potatoes I have ever had. They taste just like the roasted garlic mashed potatoes that they make at Carrabba's. That should tell you something!

These potatoes were so easy to make, yet tasted so delicious. I won't make mashed potatoes any other way from now on. I've been searching for a recipe that tasted as good as my favorite potatoes from a local steakhouse and these are it. So good!

This was my first time trying one of The Neely's recipes. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and delicious!The roasted garlic gave the mashed potatoes a good flavor. I will definitely make this again.

I made these today and served them with pork chops and gravy. This is a fantastic recipe for mashed potatoes. I have made several of the Neely's dishes and they have all been winners. I love the Neelys and wish them well.

I also, made this for Mother's Day and thought I would have left overs for the next day. My whole family (Itallian family loved the roasted garlic flavor. I only added 4 pieces of bacon for a little more flavor.

The roasted garlic was the icing on the cake!! It was like butter!! I used light cream instead of heavy cream and it still turned out great! The pottatoes were real creamy!
