LOVE this recipe, as does my family. I used half sweet and half hot sausage and 2 extra eggs. No better breakfast!

This was the best brunch casserole I have ever eaten. I prepared this for the first time on Christmas day 2010. It will become one of my treasured secrets! And your buttermilk biscuit recipe as well!

I used vadilia onions instead of leeks and it tasted great! This is a great recipe to serve when you have company for the weekend, make the day before, store in the fridge then transfer to the oven the morning that you will be serving it. No need to get up early and make a mess in the kitchen. This is our new family favorite for special occasions like the holidays that just passed.

I made this for my husband and some close friends for a New Year's Eve breakfast. Everyone liked it. What is nice about the entire brunch is that it can all be prepared the day before and once cooked it stays warm while being served. Teresa

I made this for the first time and loved it. I forgot to get leeks so I used onions instead and I thought it was very good. It's a keeper.

Great recipe. Made this for christmas instead of having our normal pancake, eggs and bacon, it was a hit. It smelled so good when cooking. My family will be having this again. Thanks Neelys.

This dish was absolutely fabulous!! I made it for the first time Christmas morning. The only change I made to the receipe was turkey sausage instead of pork. (we are not fans of pork I am making it again for the Inaguration of Barak Obama and my friends and family can not wait! Thank you Neelys for a fabulous receipe that we will use for years to come!!

The first time I made this my kids loved it, it wasn't until after I made this the first time that I read the reviews about adding more milk. The second time I made this I adjusted the recipe to add more milk and it turned out better than the first time. I did not make this the night before I actually got up really early that morning about 5 and bake it around 9 it turned out great. Now my kids always want me to make this dish.

Saw the Neely's prepare this dish yesterday and thought I would give it a try. I used left over french bread, sweet Italian sausage and a yellow onion. What a great tasting dish. My family who are picky eaters loved this dish.
