Shelbi, These cookies are the best ever! I did not roll them out and cut with cutters. I chilled the dough in rolls and sliced it off for baking. Worked beautifully.

I disagree with the first review. These cookies are delicious. The butter content makes them tender and tasty, almost like shortbread, but a bit lighter. Keep the dough chilled because it gets soft quickly at room temperature.
