My wife and I were a little timid about mixing the flavors. Surprisingly the sweetness of the melons and the spicyness of the jalapenos played off eachother beautifully. Very easy to prepare! Gets better overnight in the fridge! Very Good Recipe! Thanks!!

I wasn't sure how I was going to like red onion with watermelon (or shrimp with watermelon but it was really good.

The only thing I didn't like was that the recipe didn't give you an actual cooking "time" for the shrimp. I do not every cook shrimp so I really had no idea how long to boil them. And they looked pink pretty quick but seemed raw inside. I probably ended up overcooking them, but no one cared!

I found this dish surprisingly delicious. Adding onions and watermelon with shrimp and melon was not a combination I had tried. This had wonderful flavor and I will definitely be adding it to my recipe book for future use. Thanks!!
