    I tried this wonderful recipe and it was so good. This is perfect for anyone that loves spicy food. As a finishing touch, I dredged the creole over whole grain rice.

    I was extremely impressed by this recipe. It was nice and spicy. I have a high tolerance to spicy things, and I normally have to add things to 'bring enough heat'. It was perfect. The way it should be. (I did add a bit more cayenne pepper than what was called for but not much . I cooked it for my roommates and a few friends, and they devoured it.
