My husband like a lot corn salads. Corn with peas, etc. etc. He love this and all the family too!! For me was a new turn in my boring corn. Thanks! This new show is excellent, I love the couple.

Excellent recipe! I did, however, cut the recipe in half. I used four cobs instead of eight, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup of water - but I did use two tablespoons of sugar! It was more than enough. My children and husband loved it and asked for seconds. Thank you Gina and Pat!

I tried the recipe immediately following today's show. It brought back fond memories of my Grandmother's fine southern cooking. The recipe was delicious and enjoyed by all in my home.
