Very delicious. Big hit with everyone, even those who don't usually care for meatballs.

This was a great recipe! I have a pallete that enjoys the spicy side of things and this dish was perfect! Although spicy, it is not overwhelming and the other flavors are still able to "express" themselves as well. I did add oregeno and some fresh parsely to the actual sauce to suit my individual taste. I have to say, this is very different from the way I traditionally make spaghetti, but I will surely make this recipe again and again, great job Neeleys!

This recipe was great! It was very easy and I will be making this on a weekly basis. I used whole wheat pasta and everybody loved it. You can also use the extra meatballs to make a meatball sub. Just get a loaf of French bread, line up the meatballs, cover with sauce and any kind of white cheese and bake until cheese is melted.

I this was a very good dish. I love the idea of making the sauce instead of sauce in a jar. The red peppers gave it a kick. I would make this again

Thank you Jeana (Sorry if spelled wrong and Pat! This is wonderful recipe! My family recipe has always been a hit with friends. My family is from Louisiana and makes a sweet spaghetti sauce. I had never tried it with red pepper, made your recipe, and now I don't think I will cook spaghetti the old way again! I did up the sugar (2 tbsp to make it sweeter and I also added onions because I loooovvvveee onions. It really turned out fabulous and I just wanted to thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.
