I made these for an Easter weekend meal for the crowd and they loved them.
    Nothing like homemade!

OMG! These were delicious. I don't cook at all, so one day I was searching for something quick and easy to cook for my honey and me. My honey downed 5 of these bad boys! This recipe literally bumped up my cooking status.

I think they are great. I always loved sloppy joes, and since moving to the UK, well, the folks over here just don't get the sloppy joe, so I tried this one and it was amazing. I did add some chopped onion in with the rest of the veggies, and I also added a few splodges of ketchup and brown sauce (a UK staple. I also made Paula Deen's sweet potato fries to serve with my sloppy joes. It was a hit.

I am not a Sloppy Joe fan. The last time I made them (from scratch too was several years ago and they just tasted like the canned version. When I saw all of the positive remarks, I had to try them. WOW!! I made the Neely's BBQ sauce to go in them and they were fantastic. My husband loved them as well. He said they were the best ever. I do agree that it is a must to make your own BBQ sauce. I just can't see them tasting the same. Thanks Neelys!

Wonderful. I multiplied the recipe by 10 and it came out perfect. When cooking ground beef, I use some chopped onion. This will be one of my keeper recipes.

OMG....I didn't anticipate finding a recipe that was so easy to make and wonderful tasting......I needed a recipe for a potluck at work and I knew my sloppy joe recipe was bland...so I began searching the food network and decided on this one....IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... The people at work loved it and one person said "I really don't want to stuff myself but I think I need to eat one more!" (that would make him 3 sandwiches...lol Worth every bite.....
