    I am a huge salad fan and was very pleased with this dish. I wasn't sure I was going to like the dressing but what a surprise how it works with all the flavors combined. Thank you for a salad that is top notch and has an elegant presentation at the table.

    I made this salad a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful. I love your dressings. I made the salad again and substituted feta cheese for the blue cheese and it was great also. Love your show.

    I really enjoyed this salad. I wanted something different and this was unique and vary satisfying. I loved the unusual combination of blue cheese, pecans, bacon and cranberries with my spinach. As mentioned the spiced pecans were a treat in themselves. Great for a special occasion or just your family dinner. I will definitely keep this one in my favorites book! Thank you!!

    The first time you make a recipe YOU ALWAYS MAKE IT THE WAY IT WAS
    WRITTEN. THEN- - - -if you want to make changes or add something else you
    do it one step at a time till you have a NEW RECIPE of your own. Name it whatever you want BUT - - - IT WILL NOT BE THE NEELYS SPINACH SALAD
    RECIPE. Thanks Neelys for a fun Cooking Show and all those wonderful
    Recipes.

    I had this at a family friends on Memorial Day weekend. Didn't think I would like it b/c i'm not a big fan of blue cheese or cranberries, but it was really good. I even helped make it ;

    I don't like blue cheese so I just used oil and balsamic vinegar for the dressing. It was still delicious. Loved the combo of spinach, bacon, and cranberries, kind of a salty sweet tart thing.

    I guess you really have to like blue cheese to like this salad. I used gorgonzola because that was the least expensive. I love the way it brought the sweetness out of the cranberries! I've never tasted a sweeter cranberry, but I couldn't stand the gorgonzola. My fiance gives it a 3 star rating if that counts, but he likes blue cheese. I still love the Neely's though. My first time trying gorgonzola, wouldn't know until I tried whether it's a good flavor to me or not. I guess not.
