This is a great appetizer or potluck dish. Sprinkle with some grated Romano or Parmesan cheese for a great garnish.

Flavors were nice, and it was super quick and easy from start to finish. While I did have to break out the rolling pin, which I hate to do, there wasn't much else involved. I made it a meal with a small, tossed side salad.

I used the puffed pastry shells instead of the whole tart. It was perfect for appetizers, they were eaten up in minutes. I also didn't cook the tomato, I added it on top as a garnish.

As I said... very easy, delicious, an excellent appetizer, especially for vegetarian friends, but great for anyone.

This was so good, and so easy! It was a perfect compliment to the grilled caesar salad with chicken. My husband absolutely loved it, and now he thinks I am a gourmet cook. LOL! Thanks, Neely's!!!!! You guys ROCK!

This was one of the easiest recipes ever and it was fantastic. It was a little oily but that was from the pesto. Will be making this quite often

I found this recipe to be quick and easy. The puff pastry, pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese taste very good together. The teenagers and young adults at my house gave it a thumbs up!

Very Good
The crust was somewhat soggy, I think from either the oil in pesto or tomato.
Not sure if I did something different
