So good, and easy. It was a hit. I followed another reviewers suggestion and baked the fried chicken tenders for about 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven after frying. The result was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I skipped the honey mustard sauce and used store bought dressing. Great Friday night meal.

Indeed Tasty! Tried and True! These have the perfect texture and are delicious! I've even cooked this using sweet rice flour. Will make this again and again!

Very Very tastey! I ran out of flour so I use Bisquik and they came out perfect, I used the deep fryer instead of stovetop frying. They turned out great, mustard sauce was good but I would've liked it a little thicker. I only used 1 lb of meat because there are only 3 of us.

I've made this twice and it was great both times. Panko bread crumbs brown faster than other bread crumbs, so I fried the chicken strips until they turned golden brown, then just stuck them in a 350 degree oven for about 12 to 15 minutes until they were done. If I tried frying them for the full 8 to 10 minutes in 350 degree oil, they became so browned that they bordered on burned. If I took them out of the oil sooner, the chicken wasn't cooked through. I was afraid sticking them in the oven would dry out the chicken but it was moist both times. I also added the full amount of seasonings to both the Panko and the flour. Very tasty. The mustard sauce is a must. Very, very tasty and tangy. My husband added a little olive oil to the leftover sauce and used it as salad dressing. Yum! This is a very simple and flavorful recipe. I will be using this mustard sauce as a dipper for other recipes too.
