This was very good and easy to make. My son loved it!!! I also made my own panko bread crumbs (http://fromourhometoyours-en.blogspot.com/2007/04/panko because I could not find them and it came out just perfect! I won't ever buy panko crumbs its too easy to make your own.

This was a cinch to make and delicious. I baked them for ten minutes on each side in a 400 degree oven. I put some peanut oil in the bottom of the baking pan, so it would get some of the flavor, but I felt it would be healthier than frying. They came out crunchy and spicy and great! The sauce was delicious too. My teenage daughter loved them also!

This was absolutely wonderful. Perfect recipe. The Panko is key. I have a EuroPro deep fryer and I cooked on 350 for 8 minutes, golden brown, super moist & juicy, not greasy at all. The honey mustard was delicious. I made this w/red beans and rice, The Neely's honey cornbread and their cornmeal crusted catfish, talk about a feast ~

I loved this recipe...Even my dad that never likes anything loved it. The sauce is wonderful as well. I do recommend to make the sauce, they are a perfect match. Instead of a dipping sauce i drizzled it on top of the chicken. We loved it!!!

The recipe is very good with a little tweaks hear and there. the first one would be not drop the chicken in the flour after the egg. The next would be dont use two cups of bread crumbs, start out with 1 1/2 a cup and add more if you really need two. Other than that the chicken taste great, especially with jalepeno ranch dressing if you feel two lazy like me to make the dip.

    Tony ROCKS!
These are the only chicken tenders that my family will eat. Not to mention several people at my work place cannot get enough of them either. The panko bread crumbs gives them the extra crunch that everyone loves. Keep cooking Neelys and I keep watching.

The panko bread crumbs is what makes this dish. My clever fiance who lives in Australia couldn't find them in his stores, so he went on line & got this recipe & made them himself...

WOW! What a treat. The tenders were light yet crunchy. I loved using the panko bread crumbs. This recipe will definitely be used again, again and again. It was one of five recipes that I used for a picnic, from the Neely's. Needless to say, it was a big hit! If you want other great hits, try the sloppy joe, fried deviled eggs, frozen lemon pie and the strawberry cake. People kept asking me, about the recipes
