This recipe is very easy and very good. The cream cheese mixed with butter and brown sugar really makes this potato! It tasted great. My boyfriend was quite impressed. We should change the name to "Get yo Man Sweet Potatoes!!!" They are great as leftovers too....thats if you have any left...they go quick!

I made this Sunday with steaks and a salad. Everyone loved it and wants me to make this again and I will. It was very good and easy.

I made this dish with bake chicken. It was a great side dish. I was in heaven when i took the first bit and my family loved it. The only change i had for this dish was i added grounded nuts. Great dish

I have to admit I made a mistake in the baking directions. It was not tasty and the family at Easter did not enjoy it at all. They tried to be polite but not a hit since I am normally the sweet potatoe queen. I still love you guys and the show.

My potato skins tore to pieces on me so I just did a casserole with the filling and it was great. The cream cheese adds a nice touch and I love the contrast of the sweet with the salt and black pepper.

They were a good alternative to sweet potato casseroles which can be very sweet.

this was a very good recipe with a different twist for sweet potatoes. I added mini marshmallows on top after baking. Everyone loved it!
