These were yummy! I usually eat my sweet potatoes with just butter and brown sugar. I was not sure how the cream cheese would play with the blend, but this recipe will without a doubt be a repeat. It was well balanced and prevented me from over powering the flavor of the sweet potato. It reminded me of a milder sweet potato pie or candy yam souffle. I served them with ham steaks with an apricot glaze and made a nice side.

I made this with some steaks and salad. A great alternative to a regular baked potato. Will make this again and again.

A nice change from the traditional baked sweet potato. It was easy to prepare, did not require special ingredients, and was a hit with my family.

This was a new twist on my family's favorite potato! Yummy! It will be a Thanksgiving Side dish for sure. I served with smothered pork chops and it was really good!

though not the most figure friendly! I used less of everything and they were still really yummy. Much less cream cheese (only needs a little, less butter and less sugar. I only used 1tbls each of cream cheese and sour cream (my addition for 3 potatoes. My kids ate them all up, even the skin!

My husband and I made this menu minus the dessert for our 1st Anniversary last night, and it was all so good. All the flavors blended together so well. We love the Neelys!!!

This is a fabulous recipe! I danced around the kitchen as the spice fairy while making it, just like Gina does. This will definatley be made time and time again in our house and is a must for our T-Day table. In fact, I may have a dinner gathering this weekend just so others can try this!

I made the Neely's recipes for twice baked sweet potatoes and apple crisp. Both were outstanding! Pat Neely is one lucky guy: he has a wife with a darling personality, bubbly laugh, flair for cooking, and is clearly in love with him. May we all become so lucky!
