very good but I would absolutly leave out the nutmeg in the future, it was too strong and was all I could taste.

These were sooo good. I did not add ginger, salt or pepper and the recipe was perfect. I will definitely try this again. :-

WOW! This was very good! I did what one of the other reviewers did, I didn't stuff the potato mixture back into the shells, I baked in a greased caserole dish & dotted the top with butter & baked till heated through. My guests loved it & so did I. This is a keeper for thanksgiving.

Awesome recipe yall! I was used to making the usual sweet potato side dish which included the brown sugar topping, marshmallows etc & only around the holiday season. I had a taste for the same great taste but with a twist but not have to wait for the holidays. A great compliment to my chorizo stuffed chops & asparagus spears! Thanks for helping me think outside the box! Keep 'em coming!

I search the internet for days for a recipe with sweet potatoes , I don't like them myself but wanted to serve them for a special Thanksgiving Dinner I was doing for an older couple and they loved sweet potatoes. As I like to be a creative cook this recipe sounded just right. What a success everyone loved them!!!! The only thing I did different was add a topping of Brown Surgar, butter and Pecans. Thank you I will make these again

This recipe was great. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and as there are no decent restaurants in the area, I made a nice dinner at home. He said he absolutly loved them. I very much enjoyed them myself. The only complaint I might give is that it was a bit dry. This could be a result of having a mediocre produce section in our local grocery store, but I can't be sure. If you don't mind the extra calories, I'd recommend adding a pat of butter before serving. I did mind the calories, so I left as is and still enjoyed it.

Very good! I added mini marshmellows during the last 5 mins in the oven. AWESOME!
